Standard Features

• 18” cab shield with side boards brackets. Various heights available.
• LED light kit consisting of S/T/T lights, 1-per side, marker & clearance lights w/rubber grommets & wiring harness.

Construction

• 7” x 9.8 lb. structural channel long sills.
• Crossmemberless w/ 1/4″ formed floor supports.
• 7 ga. steel floor formed with inner side wall.
• 10 ga. outer wall sides with box formed top and V-formed outside wall.
• Front and rear posts are 6” higher than sides with side board brackets.
• Painted black w/primer undercoat & urethane top coat (other colors available).

Dimensions

• 96” standard outside width; 86 3/4” inside width
• Available in 12”, 18”, & 24” sides
• Standard lengths: 8’-6”, 9’, 9’-6”, 10’, 10’-6”, 11’, 11’-6”, and 12’-6”.
• Tailgate adds 3” to overall length.

Tailgate Specs

• Constructed with 10 ga. steel.
• Fully boxed frame with (2) 12 ga. vertical braces.
• Standard height is 6” higher than sides.
• Fully double acting with bottom release lever at driver’s side, upper release is a single lever-action at the passenger’s side.
• Standard with spreader chains and banjo eye chain holders on rear posts.
• Painted black w/primer undercoat.
